My remake of the character Maha from the .hack//sign series. It's also my first attempt at doing an outlined model, which actually went suprisingly smoother than I first expected (although the skirt & collar gave a little resistance). There are no current plans on rigging it up, but perhaps I'll do it in the future for animating practice.
The reason for it not having a glow map is because if I were to use it in a game (I'm using HL2 as an example here), then I would merely just use the 'Unlit' shader. It just saves using another texture map.
